In the bedroom there is a 180x200cm bed and TV with Spanish programs. The shower room is equipped with underfloor heating. Even the toilet seat can be heated, depending on your comfort and preference. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer. You have access to the roof terrace, which is only accessible to the four apartments on the 15th floor. The fantastic view over the skyline to the sea and on the other side the beautiful skyline to the mountains and, for example, to the Aqualandia amusement park and fun pool. To cool off in the hot summer months, you can use the communal pool with outdoor showers downstairs. You can park your car safely in our own parking space, accessible via remote control. It's only an 8-10 minute walk to the sea, past shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes, etc., so a car is almost not necessary. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the sea and take advantage of the opportunity to practice a wide variety of water sports: diving, water skiing, windsurfing, sailing, etc.

Benidorm is connected to public transport in the greater Alicante area via lines L 1 and L 9 of the Alicante light rail system. North of Benidorm is the Autopista AP-7 motorway (Autopista del Mediterráneo - European Route 15), which runs along the entire Spanish Mediterranean coast. It can be reached via the Benidorm motorway junction 65. Distance from Alicante airport about 58km and from Valencia about 110km to Benidorm. Benidorm has the highest density of high-rise buildings (per population) in the world, with 345 buildings over twelve floors.
